Electrical/Electronic Services

Our electrical and electronic services include but are not limited to CNC controls, servo and spindle drive systems, I/O, power supplies and cable systems. We also have the ablity to make our own replacement cables with dozens of cable and connector options in stock, resulting in the least down time as possible. Preventative Maintenance

Our preventative maintenance program can be adjusted to your schedule. It includes a full machine inspection from top to bottom. We check all mechanical functions including machine level, backlash, end-play, gib adjusments, alignments, etc. We inspect all ways, ball screws, way covers, lube systems, belts, limit switches, push buttons, fans, etc. After our inspection, we discuss with you our report and offer repairs if needed.Request Service

Machine Calibration

Using our Renishaw QC-20 ballbar testing equipment, we can help you to ensure accurate parts from your CNC machines. It can reduce machine down-time, scrap and inspection costs. Ballbar testing demonstrates compliance with machine performance and quality management standards. It will give a visual display of your machine accuracy and indicate possible mechanical or electronic accuracy issues. A ballbar test can be added to a preventative maintenance schedule upon request.More Information
